The Davos Delegation — reservation payment 1. Your reservation payment. The reservation payment is USD $2,500, payable to DF-KSG Management Company, LLC, trading as The Davos Delegation. It is nonrefundable except as stated below or where applicable law requires otherwise. If you accept a personal package, the full $2,500 is credited against that package's price; it is not an additional charge. 2. Your personal package is agreed separately. This payment does not accept or pay for the full delegation package. After consultation, our team will email your written personal package, including its inclusions, total price, cancellation terms and payment dates, for your separate acceptance. Optional additions require your agreement. Transport remains unconfirmed; this reservation payment is not confirmation of transport arrangements. 3. Later payments. This website collects only the $2,500 reservation payment. Our team handles package invoices, statements and subsequent payments directly by email. No later payment is automatically charged. You do not commit to the remaining package price by making this reservation payment. 4. If the reservation does not proceed before a package is accepted. If we cannot arrange or deliver a personal package for you, or we cancel your reservation, we will refund the full $2,500 reservation payment. If you voluntarily decline an available personal package or choose to withdraw, the reservation payment remains nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires a refund. An inability on our part to arrange or deliver your package is not treated as your voluntary withdrawal.
